Does Fret Vault have a showroom where I can play the guitars?

Yes! We offer a 1-on-1 experience where you can test and play any guitar we have in stock. We are located in Columbia, TN, and are available by appointment only. If you would like to book an appointment, you can visit our appointment page.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gear as much as we do! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used strings, picks, or opened accessories (unless defective)

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d rather swap for something else, let us know! We’ll do our best to help you find the perfect match.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we messed up — then it’s on us).

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please pack your item safely. We’re not responsible for damage during return transit.
